Contact Zeeyaz on Discord
Discord is currently the direct contact method for Marni’s Lab. The button copies the username zeeyaz and opens Discord. Messages are reviewed personally, so an immediate response is not guaranteed.
Before sending a message
Include the affected page, what you expected, what happened instead, your browser or device when relevant, and steps that make the problem happen again. Screenshots and source links are helpful. Never send passwords, login codes, access tokens, authentication cookies, payment details, or other secrets.
Privacy and account requests
Signed-in users can download their Marni’s Lab data and permanently delete their account directly from the account window. For another privacy request, message zeeyaz and describe what you need. Account ownership may need to be verified before protected information can be discussed or changed.
Corrections and source updates
For a coupon, World Boss time, event, timer, or Patch Notes correction, include the source link, the information that appears incorrect, and the corrected information if known.
Security reports
If you discover a possible Marni’s Lab security issue, report it privately to zeeyaz with clear reproduction details. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service, publish secrets, or continue testing beyond what is necessary to explain the issue.
Official Black Desert support
Marni’s Lab cannot resolve Black Desert account access, bans, purchases, missing items, game bugs, or Pearl Abyss support cases. Those issues should be sent to official Pearl Abyss Support.
